Baby Tom Can’t Run

In this story children learn how to be careful and safe near traffic and busy roads, and to always follow the road rules.

Baby Tom and his family live in the town of Linden on Harmony Avenue, near the Hi Hey Highway. As Baby Tom and his sister Scout are always naturally curious, they often don’t realise the dangers that sometimes occur in their homes and neighbourhood.

Even though Baby Tom has hurt his foot, he follows his sister Scout out the front door and close to fast moving traffic. Baby Tom and Scout learn about danger, fast cars and trucks, about the Road Rules, and most importantly, how much they are loved.

In a very busy and very fast moving world, the Baby Tom books can help our children learn important life skills which we ourselves so often take for granted.

“I was not surprised when I read this wonderful book Baby Tom Can’t Run to my four grandchildren aged between 2 and 10, that they were spellbound the whole time. What did surprise me that my 8 year old grandson, for the first time ever, insisted reading it again to his younger sisters… and he dislikes reading! I was thrilled, and so were his parents.”
